Christmas is approaching fast, only two days away. And what could go wrong to start the spirit of the holiday with deliciously homemade food.
This is the most simple and easiest spicy and sweet honey buffalo wings recipe. With only few ingredients and I mean few, you will be able to make a delicious honey buffalo wings that your family will ask for more. Now!! lets get this mouthwatering dish started, shall we!
2 lbs chicken wings
1 stick of butter
5 tbsp of your favorite hot sauce
2 Tbsp Raw Honey
Salt and Pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit
Cut chicken wings into three sections. Don’t throw out the wings tip section because they make great veggie soup or any kind of soup and or even add in to make chicken broth. They give you that extra fat flavor. Store them in the freezer and use whenever you like. After clean, cut and path dry chicken wings.
Arrange them on a baking sheet, seasoning the wings with pinch of salt and pepper. Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly for a minute.
In an electric skillet or a deep fryer pan. Fill about 2 to 3 inch cooking oil on medium high heat. Once the oil heats to 360 F or to test when the oil is ready to fry, simply drop a little of flour. If is sizzling up, you know your oil is ready to fry. Fry wings in batches for about 3-5 minute. Once chicken wings ready, place the wings on a wire rack or a paper tower to get rid of excess oil.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt in butter and combine in hot sauce and raw honey (go ahead to use your regular honey if you could not find raw honey), stir and simmer for a minutes.
Transfer to a bowl, pour the sauce over your wings, toss well to coat evenly, and present! There you have it, delicious honey buffalo wings. Enjoy and Happy Cooking! J
